The Studio of Miss Carolyne DalMonte offers conscious, caring, and individually-tailored voice & piano lessons for all ages. Her particular passion is helping the student to better express themselves in a judgement-free and safe environment. Through her significant investment in the students' strength of self expression, students are able to find confidence and creativity in all aspects of their lives. The benefits of voice lessons are by no means limited to singing!
Since opening her private studio in 2014, Miss DalMonte has encouraged the growth of her students, no matter how big or small their goals, with energy and enthusiasm. She draws on her wealth of musical experience to help lead her teaching. She welcomes students of all ages, backgrounds, and education levels.
Miss DalMonte's students have been featured in numerous lead roles in school productions as well as lead roles in professional community theatre performances. She has also had first place winners in local competitions, including the NYSSMA (New York) competition, the SCVA solo competition (Southern California) and the NATS San Diego competition. As a member of NATS, Miss DalMonte is frequently asked to adjudicate chapter and regional competitions . Miss DalMonte's students have also been accepted to first rate collegiate institutions as music majors.

Miss DalMonte is a member of the National Association of Teachers of Singing (San Diego chapter), and has served as the voice teacher at Rye Country Day School (New York) for several years, in addition to several other prestigious music studios in the New York metropolitan area. She has also served as a professional accompanist for choruses in New York.
Since moving to San Diego in 2018, Miss DalMonte has maintained a full teaching studio of singers and pianists while also holding the position of voice clinician for Poway Unified School District.
Miss DalMonte posesses several years of meaningful professional experience and has completed residencies with prestigious organizations including the Aspen Music Festival and School and Opera NEO. She is an award winning soprano and is actively performing as both a soloist and a professional ensemble member.
She is a graduate of the University of Delaware (BM Vocal Performance, cum laude) and the prestigious Westminster Choir College (MM Vocal Performance and Pedagogy, with Honors).
